De-Implementation Toolkit

This toolkit is designed for NHS managers and leaders to help support staff and improvement initiatives in their organisations.

It is a resource to help streamline the care you provide so that it reflects best practice. The toolkit will enable you to identify which tasks or processes you may be able to streamline, using an easy-to-understand, six step plan based on evaluating the evidence base.
